Depends on what the players want, they can play as a dom or a sub, whether they be a higher up in Team Harmony, working to bring more into the team or one of the many controlled grunts, depends on what character the person makes.

What are the limits regarding starter class and starting pokemon?

For character creation, player level is 5, starting pokemon level is 10. Game of Throhs classes are allowed.
